Refund Policy

When you can get your money back — and when you can't.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

AnesCORE is a digital subscription service operated by Lazart Studios SRL. Access to paid content is granted immediately after payment. Because of this, we offer refunds only when a genuine problem on our side prevents you from accessing the platform you paid for.

1. When we refund

We refund your most recent payment if a technical problem attributable to us prevents you from accessing your paid plan (for example, prolonged platform downtime or an account/access failure on our side) and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time. This is the only situation in which we provide refunds.

2. When we do not refund

We do not refund for change of mind, lack of time to study, dissatisfaction with your exam result, or simply not using the platform. Because paid digital content is delivered immediately, you expressly agree (under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU) that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you start using a paid plan. Partial or unused periods of a billing cycle are not refunded — instead, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period already paid.

3. How to request a refund

Email contact@anescore.com from your account address within 14 days of the charge, describing the access problem and, where possible, screenshots or error messages. We reply within 5 working days. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 14 days.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period, but you keep full access until that paid period ends.

5. Your statutory rights & dispute resolution

This policy does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. For consumer disputes you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) via its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure at anpc.ro.
