The rules you agree to when you use AnesCORE.

These Terms govern your use of AnesCORE (the "Service"), operated by Lazart Studios SRL, with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Trade Registry No. J2023002472129, CUI 48281539). By creating an account or accessing the Service you agree to them.
1. Service
AnesCORE is an online learning platform for EDAIC Part I preparation. Content includes lessons, flashcards, MTF questions, mock exams and an AI-assistant feature. The Service is offered "as is" with no guarantee of exam outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials terminates your subscription without refund.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Basic, Pro) renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe and invoices are issued electronically through Oblio. EU consumers have the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; by starting to use paid digital content immediately, you expressly waive this right (Art. 16(m)). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: we issue a refund only where a platform-access problem on our side prevents you from using a paid plan.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, copy or redistribute content; reverse-engineer the platform; share account access; upload content that infringes third-party rights; use the Service to harass anyone; or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Intellectual property
All content (lessons, questions, flashcards, code, design) is owned by Lazart Studios SRL or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own exam preparation. No other right is granted.
6. User content
If you submit feedback, reports or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Service.
7. Medical disclaimer
Content is educational. Nothing on the Service is medical advice or a guarantee of clinical safety. Always validate clinical decisions with local guidelines and supervisors.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of exam result.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go before the competent courts in Cluj, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
