The password works elsewhere but not here
myESAIC has its own official account. A password for ESAIC Academy, AnesCORE, a hospital system or an old society platform may not be the correct credential. Start from the official recovery route rather than testing multiple sensitive passwords.
The browser loops between pages
Close duplicated tabs, begin again from myESAIC, and confirm that cookies and required redirects are not being blocked for the official domain. Try an updated mainstream browser and a normal window. The profile name differs from the diploma
